Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit their original, unpublished work to the UI Conference Series: Engineering, Management & Future Technologies (UI: EMFT). All submissions will undergo an editorial review to ensure alignment with the aims and scope of the conference proceedings. Suitable submissions will proceed to double-blind peer review.

Before making a submission, authors are expected to:

  • Obtain permission to publish any third-party content (e.g., photos, datasets, figures).
  • Confirm authorship, ensuring all co-authors have agreed to the submission and authorship listing.
  • Comply with ethical standards, including institutional ethical approvals where applicable.

Submissions that do not meet minimum quality standards—including poor organization, unclear research objectives, or lack of academic rigor—may be desk-rejected by the editorial team.

To improve your chances of acceptance:

  • Ensure the study design is well-defined.
  • Make the abstract concise and standalone.
  • Write a clear, specific title.
  • Carefully proofread the submission.

Articles

All accepted articles will be published in the official UI: EMFT Conference Proceedings, with an ISBN and potential indexing (e.g., CrossRef, Google Scholar). Selected high-quality submissions may be invited for publication in Scopus/WoS-indexed journals or edited volumes.
